Stakeholders take the floor with papers from Raul de Andres and Daniel Manzano, the program co-directors 'ideas factory' of RTVE,Monsignor_Santiago_Garcia_Aracil_saysr, Virginie Nouvelle, finance director Wallimage (Belgium), Petra Maria Perez Alonso-Geta, Director of the Institute Creativity and Innovations in Education at the University of Valencia, Bernd Fesel deputy director of the Center for European Economic Creativity, Jose Maria Garcia Publidisa commercial director, Manuel Gomez Santos, director of Dygra Films and Alex Vidal and Josep Lozano, directors of the Week Fashion Valencia.
Work sessions are structured in two parts: 'Relevance and characteristics of the creative industries. Public support mechanisms', with presentations by Jan Ruge, KEA European Affairs, and Yvette Masson, Zanussi, president of the platform about the potential of cultural and creative industries,The_IVC__R_opensg, and a panel discussion involving Mette Quinn, European commission Enterprise and Industry, Petar Miladinov, European Commissioner for Education and Culture, Turnes Lucia Vazquez, European Commissioner for Competition and Bror Salmelin, European Commission Information Society.
The aim of the conference is to address the specifics of the creative and cultural industries to understand the dynamics of change in this area and develop recommendations based for political entrepreneurs, especially at European level.
