Red Nominating Commission announces candidates see TC for Thursday.
Madrid, July 9 .- The President of the Senate, Javier Rojo, today has called for next Thursday the Nominating Committee of the Upper House which shall elect four candidates to the Constitutional Court from among those proposed by the autonomous Parliament.
Red, who also chairs the Nominating Committee, today sent letters of invitation to the 22 candidates who will appear from four in the afternoon until nine at, ffxiv gil, night next Thursday.
According to the agenda, the candidates appear before members of the Commission in batches of four and, later, the parliamentary groups try to agree on a proposal closed with four names, which will be elevated to the full House.
The final proposal must be supported by a majority of three fifths of the Senate, which requires an agreement between, darkfall gold, the PP and the PSOE, the majority in the House.
Both unions have expressed publicly their desire to renew the High Court, although there has been no formal contact in the Senate to try to agree on a candidate.

Candidates mentioned are obliged to appear before the Commission on Appointments to be a part of the Constitutional Court, although they who will decide for or against the post, so the number of appearances can be reduced in the coming days.
The renovation of the TC has been pending in the Senate for over two and a half years, although the process is reactive to root upon the President of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Jose Montilla, before the House, which streamline asked to unlock Case of the Statute.
